Learn with passion to live with purpose
Did you know that when you are worried it can change the way you feel? Do you ever have a funny feeling in your tummy? Do you feel hot, bothered and your head aches? You may have a worry that you’d like some help with.
Life can sometimes be tricky and it can make you feel sad, lonely, worried and nervous and all sorts of other emotions. This can happen to anyone at any time! We want to help you with any worries you have, so please talk to us through the worry box. It is OK to be worried about things and often the more you talk about a worry the smaller it will get.
In school we have our worry box which is outside the office by the hall. You can also use this page on our website to share anything that you are worried about. Your message will be sent to the staff at school and will not be displayed publicly on the website - nobody else will be able to see it.
Please remember to put your name on the form so we know who you are! When we receive a worry, a member of school staff will be in touch with you and your family to help.
Remember that if something is worrying you, please speak to an adult that you trust, they can help you and it helps us to feel better when we let our feelings out. You can also ring Childline on 0800 1111 if you need to speak to someone.
If you use this form during holidays or outside of school hours there maybe a delay in getting back to you. If you need urgent support then speak to a trusted adult or contact other organisations such as Childline on 0800 1111. We will be in touch as soon as we can.
