Choir
Our school choir meets every Tuesday lunchtime at 12pm and is for Years 2 to 6. Mrs Knight runs our school choir. We get lots of exciting opportunities to perform such as -
- Young Voices - our school gets to be part of a choir with 9,000 other children and perform at the Birmingham World Resorts Arena. There are often even some popstars to sing along with and special guests.
- Dorchester Festival of Voices - we sing with other Oxfordshire Schools as part of an NAPE festival at Dorchester Abbey.
- Didcot Music Festival - we perform with other local primary schools and all sing songs based on a theme.
- The Big Christmas Sing - a music event performed at the Oxford Town Hall with other Oxfordshire Schools led by the Oxfordshire Music Service.
- The summer fete and carol service - we also perform at school events throughout the year.
