Breakfast Club Assistant

We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our Breakfast Club and After School Club team to start in September 2018.

Hours to be confirmed at interview, however initially likely to be a minimum of 0730 - 0845 Monday to Friday. There may also be the opportunity to work additional hours covering lunchtime supervisor duties, holiday clubs or as a 1:1 teaching assistant (please see advert below).

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working with children in a paid or unpaid capacity and have experience of working as part of a team.

Teaching Assistant Vacancy to Provide 1:1 Support for a Child in Key Stage 2

 

Temporary Post for one Year for a child in Year 6

September 2018 – July 2019

Salary Grade 5 (point 14 - 17) (£17,681 pro rata, £3,927 actual salary) for 10 hours per week

Monday and Tuesday 0830 – 1330

 

We are looking to appoint a talented, caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with a physical disability and learning needs, supported by an Education Health Care Plan.  This post will be physically demanding and requires a person who is able to deal with sensitive issues around the needs of the child and is willing to be trained.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience of working with children
  • The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents
  • A passion for nurturing the emotional wellbeing of children

Chilton is an outstanding primary school set in a delightful location, close to Didcot and with easy access to the A34.  Due to the maternity leave of one member of our team, we have a vacancy for a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher.  We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible in the new school year. 

 

The children, staff, parents and governors of Chilton Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and creative Key Stage 1 practitioner to join our experienced team.  The successful candidate will be working in a Year 1/2 class.
