Although there are very few children at Chilton for whom we receive extra funding in the form of Pupil Premium, we have very clear plans in place for using this money to make the biggest difference possible.
The aim of the Government’s revised Pupil Premium is to raise achievement among disadvantaged children and ensure that they benefit from the same educational opportunities as the other children in school. At Chilton we have given very careful consideration to how we spend and allocate this money since simply spending more on the eligible children will not necessarily improve either their learning or their aspirations.
Below you will find our spending and evaluation from the last academic year - 2015/16 and our 2016/17 spending plan. We will be reviewing our Pupil Premium Strategy in September 2017.
