This term in our Geography lessons we will be exploring the Americas. We will learn about their location on our planet and how this leads to a wide range of climates and physical geographical features throughout their landscapes. We will learn about the human geography of the Americas, considering the major exports of key countries and the natural resources and settlements in key locations helping us to consider how diverse the Americas really are.
We are excited to welcome back Prime VR to Chilton this term. They will take the children on a virtual tour of north and south America, sharing physical and human features and the diversity of these fascinating continents.

Welcome back! We are looking forward to a fun-filled year in UKS2 and are excited to explore the ancient Egyptians this term.

We will visit the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, to take part in their History Detective workshops and immerse ourselves in ancient artefacts to explore what they can tell us.
