Join our warm, friendly and busy school office as our School Admin Assistant. We are looking for someone positive, organised and people‑focused who can support our children, families and staff and help keep our school running smoothly.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, representing the school with professionalism, warmth and confidentiality. This is a varied, fast‑paced role involving front‑of‑house communication, attendance and meal systems, event and trip organisation, record‑keeping and general administrative support. You will also support pupil welfare, including first aid and day‑to‑day queries. Please note this role includes a 30-minute daily lunchtime duty.

Experience in a school office is helpful but not essential.
