Welcome back to school for the start of Term 4. We hope you had a restful half-term break. We will start this term with a whole school ‘Book Week’, focused on the story, ‘The Egg’ by M.P.Robertson. We will also be going on a trip to the Vale and Downland Museum. We will then start our new topic ‘Spring has Sprung!’ the following week.
Week 1 – Book Week
Book week will be based around this beautiful picture book, ‘The Egg’ by M.P.Robertson. The whole school are using this book to inspire many of the areas of our curriculum. We will be making predictions about what is inside the egg, learning about dragons, writing letters to the characters, and much more. The whole school will also be taking part in a series of art projects to create a whole school dragon!
